What is a microbiological incubator?
Microbiological incubators are high precision equipment with constant temperature and humidity control for cooling and heating.
Microbiological incubators are used for plant culture, breeding tests; bacterial and microbial culture, performance, life and packaging tests of industrial products and raw materials.
What are the components of a microbial incubator?
The inner liner is made of high quality mirror stainless steel material, which is corrosion resistant, acid resistant, easy to clean and never rusty.
Microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, P.I.D. control, stable temperature control, high precision, LED high brightness digital display, intuitive and clear, with good control ability and anti-interference ability. Continuous working mode or timer working mode can be selected; with compressor overheating protection function.
Double temperature insurance device: the temperature controller has automatic tracking and over-temperature alarm device; once the over-temperature is immediately cut off the heating system, while the temperature insurance device is equipped in the working chamber, which can ensure the safety of the culture in the working chamber.
Optional programming control method, can set a variety of parameters (including temperature, humidity, time, etc.) operation (optional).
Independent temperature limit alarm system with immediate automatic interruption when the limit temperature is exceeded to ensure smooth operation of the experiment (optional)
Double door structure: when the outer door is opened, the experimental situation in the working room can be observed through the inner door made of high-strength toughened glass, and the temperature and humidity are not affected. The chamber is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilisation device.
The right side of the chamber is equipped with test holes to facilitate experimental operations and temperature measurement (optional).
The shelves of the chamber are made of stainless steel and can be adjusted in height at will. Timer for up to 9999 hours.
A printer or RS-485 interface is available for connection to a computer to record changes in temperature and humidity parameters (optional).
