How to use the vertical freeze dryer?
To ensure that the vacuum freeze dryer can achieve the ideal freeze drying effect and extend its service life, please pay attention to the following matters.
1. The temperature and humidity of the operating environment of the freeze dryer should be kept at 10℃-30℃ and the relative humidity should be <80%.
2. The working environment of the freeze dryer should be free from conductive dust, explosive and corrosive gases and strong electromagnetic field interference.
3. When the accumulated working time of vacuum pump reaches 200 hours or the colour of vacuum pump oil turns brown, the pump oil should be replaced in time. Prevent the vacuum pump from malfunctioning.
4. Do not switch the refrigerant on and off frequently, and wait at least 3 minutes after the refrigerator is shut down before restarting it to prevent damage to the refrigerant.
5. When shutting down the machine, inflate it first and then turn off the vacuum pump to prevent the vacuum pump from returning oil and contaminating the sample.
6. The connection between the plexiglass drying drum and the main machine is sealed by a silicone seal, the seal should be kept clean to prevent scratching, and the plexiglass should not be wiped with organic solvent.
7. After using the freeze dryer, the moisture inside the cold trap should be wiped clean.
